Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@desertfaithco.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

To be eligible for replacement or refund consideration, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

If a return is required, return instructions will be provided after approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
