All products sold by Desert Faith Co. are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, or violations of these Terms.
4. Shipping
Processing and shipping times vary because our products are made to order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Desert Faith Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@desertfaithco.com and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
